Regarding the loading of history data, is it simple and are there any associated costs related to this exercise?
 
Historical sample information can be imported via the software's supplied excel import function, however transaction history (i.e. sample moved from location a to location b on 14th Feb 2008 by Technical USER01) cannot be imported. No additional costs are added for this function if performed by the customer.
